Abstract

The mortgage contract is considered a subordinate contract, as it is not intended for its own sake, but rather as a subordinate to the contract that came to guarantee it. To trust and preserve rights. This study aims to clarify the rights granted by this contract, and the obligations it entails on one of the parties, the mortgagee, to the conclusion where the most important conclusions and recommendations of this study were deposited.
