Abstract

The study aims  to explain the methodological features crystallized to the verbal school in terms of presentation and criticism, and to achieve the mentioned goal, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study was divided into two studies, it came on the following detail: The first topic: the systematic milestones of the verbal school, The second topic: The manifestation of aspects of discussing the systematic features of the verbal school: analysis and criticism, and the study yielded a set of results, the most prominent of which were: The verbal school is concerned with proving religious beliefs by presenting arguments and paying similarities. Muhammad, and the elements of textual adaptation according to the mental structure are reflected in highlighting the functional status of mental and text clues, silent acceptance, interpretation, and authorization, and the study recommends that educational institutions should be made aware of the status of the legal text as the main guide for all human interactions.
