The Intrinsic Description of Human Nature in the Holy Quran and the Impact of Faith on It

Abstract

This study investigates the innate qualities of human beings and the instincts they are created with, in addition to the states of psychological weakness within those qualities. It examines how human behavior stems from these natural tendencies, the Quran explanation of these firmly rooted traits in human nature and composition, and the methods by which the Quran highlights them and emphasizes their presence within the human soul. The two researchers addressed the treatment of those natural tendencies in human beings through the influence of faith and divine guidance; to guide humans to direct their intuitive basis in his nature and the collapse of the psychological forces and ethical fundamentals in a way conforming with the Shari intentions to overcome the evil forces in human nature; to identify that the intuition one is created on is not an excuse for the wrong behaviors one adopts. The researcher presented an intellectual perspective about the impact of faith and divine guidance on the development of the active spiritual character able to control the intuitive aspects in the self; to raise the moral self towards the good to correct its path. The study concluded that the relationship between the formation intuition and the Shari control is not a contradictory one, but, it is based on insight of the humans' status in an attempt to develop them on the Shari and intellectual levels based on the optimal approach.
