Abstract
The treatise "The Clash between Spears in the Response to AlFaradh and Al- Sunnah" by Imam Abdul-Ghani al-Nabulsi al-Hanafi is one of the manuscripts that enriches jurisprudential thought through the method he uses to present it, highlighting the differences between some issues and the similarities between others. He refuted the questions directed to Judge Abu Hazim, beginning by correcting the questions and presenting them in a different way. He then refuted Abu Hazim's answers, objected to them, and responded to the questions in a variety of ways. His answers included different approaches to those of Abu Hazim, and he explained them in six different ways. The first of these answers dealt with beliefs, while the other five addressed various aspects of worship. Researchers have verified the manuscript and compared it to four different versions, providing an introduction to the author and his scholarly life, and attributing the treatise to its author.
