Abstract

Research Objectives: The research presents one of the aspects of the rhetorical miracle of the Holy Qur’an, which is the manifestation in the place of implication, which is that the name is given as manifestation in a place where the context requires it to be implied, and this is for rhetorical and moral purposes. Then it presents examples of this wonderful rhetorical style from the example of the prophets, where it came in six places.

Study Methodology: The nature of the research necessitated relying on two approaches: the authentic approach to definition “by manifestation in the place of concealment,” and the inductive and analytical approach, by extrapolating and analyzing everything mentioned in the blessed Surah using this method.

The research recommends paying attention to applied rhetoric because of its great impact in clarifying meaning and clarifying what is intended and calls for one of the Islamic universities to create an encyclopedia to reveal the hidden place in the Holy Qur’an, through the diligence of researchers specialized in finding out the ruling and the secrets behind it, using what has been reported from scholars - ancient and modern - scattered. Originality of the research: The scientific value of the research appears in repelling the illusion of some that the method of display in the place of implication is nothing but unnecessary repetition, which shames the Qur’an and discredits its eloquence.
