Abstract

This research concluded that the rules of the total jurisprudence law that included lifting harm have a great impact on issuing jurisprudential rulings during contemporary developments and calamities, including the Corona virus, as it had a great input in facilitating many jurisprudential rulings on people and removing harm from them, and it is one of the greatest jurisprudential rules in Sharia, and by that it did not deviate from the scope of the right and the approval of the Sharia, since the law originally came to bring the interests of the servants and ward off evil from them, and this was evident in lifting the harm from them in matters of their worship and their dealings, and from that the harm is removed from them in the ruling by the legitimacy of sterilizing mosques with alcohol as well as bodies and clothes For the worshipers, in addition to preventing the patient from an infectious disease from entering the Mosque, while dropping the congregational prayer from him or for those who fear illness, without completely closing the mosques.
