Digital Championships have become one of the greatest means in modern times to reach and achieve goals, whether military, civilian, financial, medical, engineering, innovative, or entertaining, among others. Among the digital championships that combine money and entertainment are digital games, which have become an integral part of the lives of teenagers, young people, and even adults. The gaming industry has therefore become a major industry, and its markets are controlled by some major companies through their devices to run and produce games with various specializations and fields. However, most of these non-Muslim companies did not consider the rulings of Islamic Law (Sharia), so Muslims use them with all their disadvantages and defects. The study aims to clarify the Islamic juristic rulings of digital championships, whether paid or not, study their types, and clarify the extent to which it is compatible with Islamic Law (Sharia). It also aims to identify the Islamic jurisprudential description of digital championships and the effects related to the contract and to address the necessary and permissible defects and shortcomings of digital games. This research is characterized by its overall novelty and the lack of studies covering this topic as it discusses the digital championships and their rulings and a model of Islamic jurisprudence issues within the digital game. The study was limited to Islamic jurisprudence, and the approach adopted in this study is a combination of the descriptive, inductive-comparative, and applied approaches. The research also discusses the reality of digital championships, digital championships in Islamic jurisprudence, digital games, and PUBG. Among the most important findings reached is that digital championships are paid or unpaid, and in both cases, they may be free of prohibition, or they may not. If it is free of prohibition, then they are either beneficial or unbeneficial, and Islamic jurisprudential rulings differ according to these considerations. The research concluded with a recommendation to conduct studies on digital championships, investigate their issues, and clarify their rulings. It is also recommended that Muslim traders shall develop digital games free of Islamic prohibitions that combine audio-visual effects and good concepts and noble goals, which are a good alternative to digital games that ruined children’s religion and morals.
