This study aimed to identify the extent to which Islamic banks operating in Jordan meet the requirements of sustainable development from the perspective of customers, where the study dealt with the following dimensions of sustainable development: economic dimension, social dimension, environmental dimension and technological dimension. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 230 Islamic Bank customers, 226 valid questionnaires were recovered for analysis, the statistical package SPSS was used for statistical analysis purposes, and it was concluded that Islamic banks operating in Jordan meet the requirements of sustainable development by its dimensions (economic, social, environmental, technological). The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the need for the Islamic Bank to pay attention to the development of the ideas, abilities and talents of its employees, and to employ their abilities to innovate and innovate in the development of the services it provides, in a way that contributes to the development of different sectors, and the importance of the Islamic Bank assuming its responsibility towards the environment.
