Abstract

This brief research deals with one of the issues of transactions that have spread in the commercial markets, and is related to financial transactions known as (Najash). (Najash). One of the things that our Islamic law forbade, because of its deceit, deception, deception, and dressings (Najash). disturbs the balance between the compensators in transactions, (Najash). injustice and inherits hatred in the issuance of dealers in the markets after discovering the deception that occurred, (Najash). harms dealers in the markets, (Najash). It leads to instability to increase the price of a commodity, and you have no desire to buy it of transactions in the markets, for this and others, the wise street forbade (Najash). This rule has resulted in many rulings made clear by Muslim jurists, and although there are some efforts in writing in this section, it still needs to be linked to contemporary reality, which prompted me to write on this topic and try to link it to some contemporary applications that occur in this time. In this study, the definition of (Najash). was clarified, it was illustrated, then a ruling (Najash)., and it differentiated between selling the auction (Najash). Then I mentioned examples of some of the contemporary applications of arrogance, including: arrogance in the stock market ((stock exchange), (Najash). in commercial advertisements, (Najash). in brokerage. This research was divided into two chapters: Chapter One: (Najash). and its provisions (aspect of originality), Chapter Two: Contemporary Applications (Najash). (Contemporary Side).
