Atheism in the Arab World and the Refutation of it through Internet and Social Media (Analytical Study)

Atheism as a denial of the existence of God Almighty is not a new phenomenon, but it was throughout the history the phenomenon of the rejected minority. However, the new phenomenon, the so-called "new atheism" is unprecedented because of the mechanisms and means of support for the idea like clear lies and fraudulence and hiding the truth. This happened in line with the weakness of Muslims, in addition to the spread of ignorance about Islam. This new wave of atheism is gaining supporters and expanding in the world. The importance of this research is based on describing this phenomenon in the Arab world through the Internet and social media; the research has dealt with several sites that work to spread atheistic thought and then dealt with several Islamic sites that respond to atheistic thought. The research presented a brief perception of the most important means and methods of these sites that address atheistic thought, and presented their importance, weaknesses and strengths, and how to benefit from them. The research concluded that despite the existence of the powerful and specialized sites, that dealt with all the ideas of atheistic thought, but they suffer from the problem of non-propagation and non-spreading, the research has made many suggestions To deal with this problem.
