Abstract

There is no doubt that the progress of science and technology today is due to artificial intelligence embodied in robots, which are able to learn and organize thanks to algorithms, neural networks and other tools, which makes it difficult to determine the person responsible for the damage they cause, and therefore the injured person cannot obtain compensation for the damage he has suffered, and he participates. Artificial intelligence is very much in our daily lives in various fields. Despite its importance in facilitating and providing services to humans and solving thorny problems at an enormous speed that exceed human ability, it may cause serious harm. Considering this, the research aimed to present the definition of artificial intelligence, explain its types and most prominent applications, and determine the legal responsibility for the harm of artificial intelligence.
