Abstract

 

Abstract

Objectives:This study examines the methodology of Imam Al-Tabrizi in addressing, citing, and attributing Quranic readings. It also explores the scholarly value of his approach to Quranic recitations, aiming to uncover his method in employing and interpreting these readings, as well as the sources he relied on.

Methods:Given the nature of the study, multiple research methodologies were employed, including inductive, analytical, and descriptive approaches.

Results:The study reached several key findings, including:

      Al-Tabrizi was one of the interpreters interested in mentioning the Quranic readings of both the         correct and      irregular types, as they constituted abundant material in his interpretation. Using the readings to clarify some interpretive and jurisprudential matters. Directing the readings according to their occurrence, as he took multiple directions, including: morphological, rhetorical, and grammatical.
