Cheikh Tfayach’s justice research methodology in his book "Sharh Kitab Annil":(chapeter of sales as a sample)

Abstract

This study aims to identify the methodology of the scholar Tfayach in his book "Sharh Kitab Annil" (explaining the book of the Nile); through The chapter of sales as a sample, and to show the characteristics of this book and what it added to the Ibadhi school in the field of jurisprudence, in addition to what distinguishes it from other Ibadi jurisprudence encyclopedias. Therefore, the problematic of this research is: What is the methodology followed by the scholar Tfayach in authoring his book "Sharh Kitab Annil wa Shifa Al Alil" (explaining the book of the Nile and healing the ills) in the chapter of sales? The study has reached that the book of "Sharh Annil" is deemed to be a unique and a distinguished book among the other Ibadhi jurisprudential books.
