Abstract

This study is about an important issue related to sisters giving up the inheritance. The study aims to know the Fiqh adaptation of this behavior and its implications Also. showing the effect of shyness and customs on behavior. And clarifying the conditions necessary for this waiver to be correct. Among the most important results of the study is the permissibility of lax acceptance of a waiver unless the sister recedes, the invalidity of the waiver in case of shyness, customs or traditions The assignment is not valid with the ignorance value of the inheritance amount, and the brothers do not own their sister's share of the estate until they take it.
