The importance of this research lies in knowing the specificity of the relationship between Judaism and Western Christianity, which has witnessed development, growth and cooperation, that is embodied in the theological acculturation. This study attempts to answer the following questions: How did the Christian-Jewish dialogue succeed in changing the nature of Christian-Jewish relations, from inherently hostile relationships to privileged intimate relationships? And how did the theological acculturation be formed? And what is its effect on promoting Christian-Jewish dialogue? The study used the critical analytical approach as a means of revealing theological origins and their evolution into new templates, and used the comparative approach between theological principles to reveal the two-way influence between them. The study concluded that the Christian-Jewish dialogue is a working project based on a common strategic vision, and resulted in this sympathy for an overwhelming western stream with Zionist Judaism and full coordination with it, that it all owes to the religious consensus achieved by the Jewish and Christian theological acculturation.
