Abstract

This research is concerned with revelation and refutation the suspicion of the effect of Jews in the establishment of the principle of the Authentic Sunnah, which is being discussed by some contemporary writings in the context of attenuating the sources of Islamic legislation and relying on them. The researcher adopted the inductive and analytical approaches to deconstruct this claim and its documents and their various implications. The most important findings of the research are: The Sunnah is an argument and a source of legislation, and challenging its claim to the reality of the influence of Jewish fundamentalism is merely a mental assumption, that is not scientifically and methodologically founded. Moreover, It is likely that these writers themselves were influenced by some of the arguments of the Jewish community of Karaites.
